For years, I have been fortunate to engage in what I love most - leading the conception and execution of creative ideas that contribute to client’s growth. I accomplish this by nurturing talented and virtuous individuals.

I consider myself privileged.

Perhaps this explains why I have achieved some measure of success. I have garnered 47 Cannes Lions awards across 18 different categories, including a Grand Prix in Mobile, along with numerous accolades from D&AD, including the prestigious Yellow Pencil, as well as trophies from Effie Latam and Brazil, One Show, Clio Awards, Andy Awards, London International Awards, Asia Spikes (Grand Prix), Mad Stars (Grand Prix of the Year), El Ojo (3 Grand Prix), among others. I believe that awards are the natural consequence of culturally relevant and commercially effective work, and a healthy process that fosters the growth of professionals and brands.

I have also had the honor of serving as a jury member at prestigious festivals such as Cannes Lions, Art Directors Club NY, YouTube Works Awards, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, Clube de Criação de São Paulo, and more.

Currently, I serve as the Global Executive Creative Director at WPP, leading teams at Ogilvy and VMLY&R Commerce within S-38, the agency created to oversee the entire product portfolio of SC Johnson. The opportunity to learn about local cultures and collaborate with talents from diverse backgrounds keeps me excited every day.

I learned to work globally by leading the McDonald's business in over 25 markets within the Publicis Groupe, at Leo Burnett Chicago. I helped inspire numerous countries, assisting the teams in Leo Burnett Philippines, Italy, and Singapore in achieving unprecedented success in local and global awards. At Leo Burnett Chicago, I also led the team that created the "6ourbon 7ime" campaign and opened the agency's doors to all brands in the Beam Suntory portfolio. I also spearheaded the "Sharpener Wall," an initiative to maximize the agency's creative reputation, resulting in the successful "Lucky Jersey" campaign in partnership with Saatchi NY.

Before moving to the United States, I led Grey Brazil, first as Executive Creative Director and later as Chief Creative Officer. This experience completely transformed the agency, yielding its best creative and business results in history. We won over 15 new brands and were named the Most Innovative Agency in Brazil for three consecutive years, as well as the world's most awarded agency in Mobile in 2018. In 2018 and 2019, we held the record for the most Cannes Lions awards in Brazil. Additionally, Grey Brazil became the most awarded office in the Grey Network for two consecutive years (2018 and 2019). In 2019, I left Grey Brazil as the second-best agency in Latin America at Cannes, marking a historic milestone in its 46-year history. All this success was built in partnership with incredible clients such as Volvo, P&G, GSK, and Reclame Aqui, and alongside talents I still miss to this day.

Prior to joining Grey Brazil, I had the privilege of working at Publicis Brazil, Wieden + Kennedy São Paulo, Leo Burnett Tailor Made, and DM9DDB (Agency of The Year in Cannes 2009). I had the luxury of working with prominent brands, including Nike, Fiat, Heineken, Coca-Cola, and Honda.

I'm a proud member of Ogilvy's Worldwide Creative Council.

I draw my creativity from the love I have for my two daughters and my wife, as well as my curiosity about all things human.
